Where is the Nampa Auditorium District

The Nampa Auditorium District is more than a line on a map – it’s a community-defined area shaped by local voices and voter support. Its boundaries encompass Nampa’s vibrant core, including key hospitality, entertainment, and business corridors connected to the Ford Idaho Center and the Nampa Civic Center, stretching from McDermott Road on the east to Lake Avenue on the west, and from the Boise River down to Greenhurst Road. These lines reflect the neighborhoods and streets where residents came together, signing petitions and casting votes to turn a shared vision into a lasting community asset.

  • The eastern boundary begins on McDermott Road approximately 2,700 feet north of its intersection with Victory Road, then follows McDermott Road north to the intersection with Ustick Road. At Ustick, it turns west until meeting N. Can-Ada Road. Then it turns north up N. Can-Ada Road until reaching the Boise River. 

 

  • The northern boundary follows the Boise River west until it meets Midland Boulevard; from that point it heads south along Midland Blvd until it meets Ustick Road. At Midland & Ustick it turns west, then south on Santa Ana Ave, then west on Laster St., then south again on Middleton Rd., then northwest on Nampa-Caldwell Blvd until E. Homedale Rd, then west on Homedale Rd until turning south on Lake Ave. 

 

  • The western boundary follows Lake Ave south to Orchard Ave, then east on Orchard Ave until turning south on Midland Blvd; then the boundary proceeds south on Midland until Davis Ave; east on Davis Ave; then south and southeast on 7th St, then southwest on 12th Ave S, then southeast on 12 St S, then east on Roosevelt Ave, then south on Powerline Rd, then east on Greenhurst Rd. 

 

  • The southern boundary follows Greenhurst Rd east until S. Happy Valley Rd, then north on S. Happy Valley Rd, then east on E. Amity Ave, then north on S. Robinson Blvd. The boundary continues north until about 2,000 feet south of the intersection of S. Robinson Blvd & Victory Rd, then turns east for approximately 1,100 feet, then north past Victory Rd about 2,500 feet, then turns east until reaching McDermott Rd to complete the loop.
