Nampa Auditorium Board Meetings

The Nampa Auditorium District Board of Directors holds regular meetings to ensure transparency, make decisions about venue improvements, and guide the District’s activities. These meetings provide an opportunity for community members to stay informed, ask questions, and share their input.

Board meetings are typically held once per month. Specific dates are scheduled in advance and posted on the District’s website, along with any changes or special sessions.

Time and Location

We meet on the second Monday of the month at 12:30 p.m.

Location: Home2Suites, 5860 E Franklin Rd, Nampa, Idaho 83687

• • Occasionally, meetings may be held at other venues within the District; any changes will be announced in advance.

Who Can Attend

All meetings are open to the public in accordance with Idaho’s Open Meeting Laws. Community members, residents, and stakeholders are encouraged to attend, listen, and provide input during designated public comment periods. This is a great way to stay informed about ongoing projects, funding priorities, and events at the Ford Idaho Center and Nampa Civic Center.

Participating in Meetings

Members of the public are welcome to observe the discussion and provide input during designated public comment periods.

Attendees are expected to follow standard meeting etiquette: turn off cell phones, avoid side conversations, and be respectful of the Board and other attendees.
