What is the Nampa Auditorium District?
The Nampa Auditorium District is a community-defined special district established to fund and improve local performance and event venues, including the Ford Idaho Center and the Nampa Civic Center. Who governs the District?
The District is overseen by a Board of Directors consisting of five members. Those five Board Members currently consist of;

How are Board Members elected?

When are Board elections held, and how long do Board members serve?
Board elections are held in May of odd-numbered years, with the next election scheduled for May 2027. Board members serve four or six-year terms, depending on the seat.
What is the purpose of the hotel-room tax collected by the district?
The hotel-room tax (currently $5 per $100 stay) funds the expansion and remodel of the District’s venues or new facilities on the two existing properties. This tax allows the District to enhance and sustain facilities that support tourism, entertainment, and community events.
How will the money be used at the Ford Idaho Center and Nampa Civic Center?
Revenue collected by the District is dedicated to:
